The dates given below are not for students who are currently taking Research Methods and Proposal Writing in Semester 1. There are different dates for you. Ask your lecturer.
The aim of these support sessions is to assist students who have their dissertation proposal either finished or nearly finished.
The deadline for submitting of proposals is 21st January deadline.
If you would like to get your proposal approved in advance of this date (and avoid the presentation in February) then these session are an opportunity for you to meet to discuss your proposal. We can identify any possible issues that will need more research in order to complete your proposal.
Remember if you get your proposal approved then you get some preliminary work completed in advance of formally starting in Semester 2.
If you are still in the early days of developing your proposal or just an idea, you can still come along. But priority will be given to students who are either finish or nearly finished their proposal
I will be in room KE-4-008 (4th floor of Kevin St main building) between 5:30pm - 6:15pm on the following dates.
