Room AU-3-030

In order to keep room AU-3-030 as a resource for MSc students we need to keep track of usage of the room. So, from next week there will be a sign-in clipboard in the room and we would like you to sign in when you use the room, noting the time that you arrive and the length of time that you expect to stay. This data will be used for absolutely no purpose other than generating aggregate data on how often the room is being used, so that we can make a data-driven argument for keeping AU-3-030 as an MSc resource.

Also, please continue to following the following rules regarding keys (again, this is important in maintaining this room as an MSc resource):
  • The porters at the main Angier St. entrance hold the keys to AU-3-030.
  • Students wishing to use AU-3-030 should borrow the key from the porter, open the room
and return the key to the porter’s desk.
  • When leaving AU-3-030, if you are leaving the room empty, you must ALWAYS borrow the
key from the porter, lock the room and return the key to the porter’s desk.
