In your notes try leaving a little blank space in the left-hand side of the page, as well as a little bit on the bottom of each page, Then you can later add a summary at the bottom of the page, and some memorization cues of the left of the page. This is called Cornell Notetaking. Here's a template for computer users.
- Can I suggest you bring a bottle of water with you to classes. Even mild dehydration can impact your concentration in class.
