Hi all,
tomorrow's class will take place 9:30-4:30, there will be a break for one hour from 12:30-1:30.
In case there is any confusion, we are doing different topics in the morning and afternoon, So it's not that you have a choice to come to either the morning or afternoon, if you want to get all the material we are covering it's a full day.

5. Comfy cushion (*optional*)
